Our terms and conditions

[email protected]
BE 0771.544.730

Unless expressly agreed in writing by the parties, the conditions set out below apply to all services entrusted to Pétillante. Unless formally confirmed by Pétillante, these general terms and conditions take precedence over any purchase conditions of the client, even if these were not explicitly rejected by Pétillante.

Art. 1 Terms of delivery

Pétillante will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products. We are committed to sending your package within 2 working days. This means that the package can be expected within 3 to 4 days on working days. Did you place the order on the weekend? Then it may be that the post takes a day longer.

We would like to point out that Pétillante is not responsible for loss, damage and theft by the post.

Art. 2 Payment options

On the Pétillante website it is possible to pay with the following payment methods: Bancontact, iDeal, VISA, Maestro and Mastercard.

Payment is always made via online payment. The ordered products will only be shipped after confirmation of your payment.

Art. 3 Legal warranty

Pétillante ensures that the product is in good condition and (therefore) works. If not, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

The buyer should immediately receive and check the goods.

All complaints regarding the services provided must be communicated by the customer to Pétillante within a period of 14 days after the delivery or purchase in the store.

Complaints that are formulated outside the period stated in this article will in no case entail any liability on the part of Pétillante.

If no complaint has been received within this period of 14 days, this will mean that the buyer has accepted the delivered goods in full and in their entirety.

Art. 4 Right of withdrawal

Law on Market Practices and Consumer Protection – 6/4/2010:

With every distance contract, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days within which he can withdraw from the contract. He can exercise this right without payment of a fine and without giving any reason.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the consumer can only be charged for the direct costs of returning the goods.

For the exercise of this right, the period starts from the day after delivery to the consumer.

Pétillante may at any time change these general terms and conditions and the specifications of its services as well as the prices. New prices only apply from orders after these changes. Any dispute that falls under the application of these general terms and conditions will be settled according to the rules of Belgian law. All disputes under this agreement shall be settled exclusively by the courts of the judicial district of Flemish Brabant or the courts of the district where the defendant is established, at the option of the plaintiff.
